About the Chocolate Atelier
We create artisan chocolate bars using carefully selected ingredients, and uncompromising attention to detail.
Our process starts with a concept. Once the experience of the bar is envisioned, we bend all the techniques and traditions of atrisnal chocolate-making to bring that vision to life.
Bar types
Wild blueberries pack an increadible burst of flavor, which bleadns perfitly into the creamy white choclate base.
The classic pairing of rasberries and milk chocolate is given a twist with a hint of sea salt.
Milk or bittersweet chocolate with a careful blend of spices designed to evoke the warmpth of mulled wine next to a fire.
